Communications both internally and externally are paramount to the success of any company in todays marketplace, even more so when our working environment is fast reacting, quick turnaround. Indeed, from a digital printing perspective the very nature of the work we provide, originates from electronic digital files supplied by you the customer.
Wherever possible, our policy is to follow modular, off the shelf, industry standard architecture allowing us to remain as compatible with as many customers and suppliers as possible. Modularity provides customers with a scaleable service, easily upgradeable as new technologies emerge.
The majority of the work produced is from digital files created by you the customer. Providing us with accurate, properly formatted digital files ensures your job is delivered on-time with the minimum amount of disruption and expense.

Printer Drivers....
When you create your documents and publications proofing will be carried out on printers connected to your PC or network. It is unlikely these will be the same printers as those used by DocQwise to finally output your files.
Often issues arise, particularly in word processors like Microsoft Word. When we receive your files, we open them and change printer drivers to match our printers, line spacing and text flow can occur, and in larger documents this causes pages to be added and removed.
